Sorry, I'm a little tied up at the moment.
As you know one of my favorite past times is bondage. Bondage while in diapers is even better.
Unlike diapers, I have not always been into bondage. My boyfriend introduced me to bondage about a year ago. We were goofing off in bed and he knew I liked being spanked and diapered. He told me to take off my pants and bend over a chair, with only my underwear and a tank top on I bent over a chair excited about what was going to happen next. He then tied my hands to the legs of the chair and proceeded to spank me until I almost cried. It was a very exhilarating, usually when he spanked me this hard I would squirm around and get away. Obviously with my hands securely tied I couldn't really move. I felt completely powerless. He then laid me on the bed and put a diaper on me. He turned me over and tied my hands behind my back and made me stand in the corner. Ever since then I have loved being tied up.
If you are thinking about trying to introduce bondage to a significant other let me assure you, the way I was introduced to it is NOT a good way. My boyfriend and I were dating for a long time before he tied me up and I am a very kinky person. I would suggest taking it easy first, maybe tie them up with their shirt or something loose and easy to escape from. This way if they don't trust you completely they don't feel as vulnerable.
If you do find a partner that likes the idea of bondage I suggest getting some cheap, soft rope and wire ties (you know those things that click tighter and tighter) from a local hardware store.

I suggest wire tying over sleeves, as shown. This reduces uncomfortable pain.
the rope is pretty self explanatory. Use it for whatever!
Tying the hands in front of the person is a good way to start, it is always easy to escape from as you can use your teeth to untie it. However, if you are going for a more controlling feeling behind the back is the way to go.
Be careful though, someone without their hands can be very unbalanced. Make sure you don't hurt them by making them fall over or bending their arms were they are not supposed to go.
Some fun things to do are force the victim to wet their diaper before you will let them out. Often my boyfriend will tie me up and then go do something else for awhile, like take a shower, eat dinner, play video games or something like that.
Gags are fun too but then making out is hard.
